Getting Technical Help

If you need help solving a computer problem, consider attending the SIG meeting that deals most closely with the problem area.  For general help, consider attending the How-To SIG, the Helping Hands SIG, or the Novice SIG.  You can even bring your computer with you to the How-To SIG (and perhaps even the others), but you should consult the SIG leader well in advance of the meeting to confirm that there will be someone on hand to help you.

If need help sooner and can't wait for the next SIG meeting, you can contact one of our volunteers listed under the Member Assistance heading.

Become a Volunteer Yourself!

Note that most of our volunteers have disappeared or withdrawn their services.  In this economy it's tough to give away services when you're unemployed or facing foreclosure.  If you have time and expertise in any area, please consider lending a hand by becoming a volunteer yourself.  We can never have too many volunteers!
